Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are manufacturer founded in 1998.

Q: How long is order leadtime?

A:  It is one week if the goods are in stock. It is three weeks if the goods are not in stock.

Q:  Can we get free sample?

A:  Sample fee will be charged according to the cost and sample will be sent on freight collect basis. The sample fee will be fully refunded to you when you confirm the first mass order.

Q: If we have a new project, can your factory make for us?

A: Yes, we will make the drawing first according to  your idea. After you confirm the drawing , we will make the moulding. Then we will send you the first shot sample for you to review. After you give us the comments, we will improve the moulding  and give you the improved sample for confirming. The project cost will be fully paid by your side and will be refunded to you after the total selling amount reaches our expected goal.

Q: Can we get the exclusivity right in certain countries?

A: Yes, you can.But you must sign a contract with us saying that your total annual purchasing amount will reach our goal.
