Wet method sodium silicate production line

Wet method sodium silicate process is a new way in sodium silicate production. Especially for low molar ratio sodium silicate from 2.0 to 2.5, Compared with the dry process production, the wet process production of sodium silicate will be simple, easy to operate, and with low energy consumption, less investment, and high product quality, low cost, which can greatly reduce the cost by 50-80 dollar per ton liquid sodium silicate. If the dry method is two-step method, the wet method can be seen as one-step method.
