The pet bottle bale breaker machine, used to break the bales.

In order to save much space, some will bale the plastics into bales, and if need to wash or do

other processing, need to use the bale-breaker to separate the plastics. 

 

The bale breaker is used to break the packaged pet bottles which weight 200-300kg a package.

it could break the packaged pet bottles into scattered pet bottles, which laid the foundation of

recycling.

 

The machine made of thickened carbon steel is quite durable and of long usage life, an we could

keep free maintain for you for a year, we could also send engineers to your side.

 

 

Specification

the machine is semi-automatic, you need to use a folk lifter to lift the packaged bottles to the

platform , then processing.. there are 2 screws in the machine, which will make friction and then

unpack the packaged bottles, finally the scattered bottles will get off from the discharging inlet.
