1. Q: Can I get some samples?

A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test. If our common bikes, we have some stock. We can deliver after order within 3 days.  For bike sample, we have sample price, we can refund you the some charges after you put bulk order. 

2. Q: What’s the delivery time?

A: For our ordinary folding bikes, we have black, red and white colors in stock, we can deliver after order within 3-5 days.  For bulk order by container, it usually takes about 20-30 days for production.

If it is customized, around 20~30 days.  It depends on the spare parts demand.  

3. Q: What's your payment terms?

A: We usually accept T/T, Cash, Paypal, West Union, Amazon on line payment (for USA, Mexico and Canada Japan only) or alibaba on line payment as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.

4. Q: Do you have the products in stock?

A: For common bikes, we have spare parts in stock, we can assemble very quickly for you.  For other   e-bikes or customized bikes, it will be newly produced according to your order including samples.

5. Q: How does your factory do regarding the quality control?

A: Quality is priority..Our factory has 30 years history for auto mobile industry.  We manager our factory by ISO9001 and TS16949.  We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production.  Every bikes and the components will be fully assembled and carefully tested before packing and shipping.

6. Q: Can I have my own Logo? Can I choose any color?

A: Yes, it will charge extra USD50 to customize your logo. And you can choose any color for most of the folding bikes. If your order reach 100 sets, we can discuss again for the prices.  

7. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.

8. Q: What's your warranty terms?

A: We offer different warranty time for different components, please contact us for details. If your order quantity can be container, we will send 2% spare parts for warranty service.
