Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: General small equipment will be ready for shipment  in 20-25 days if the materials are in stock, or in 35-40 days if the materials are not in stock.

Large equipment delivery time should be determined after technical discussion. Please contact our sales.



Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample tube or sample materials for free charge, but the cost of freight should be paid by Customer.



Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: General small equipment, the 100% of contract price should be paid after signing.  Alibaba third party guarantee is available. 

Large equipment payment schedule, please contact our sales.



Q: How long is the warranty period?

A: General small equipment we guarantee 12 months from the date of shipment departure.

Large equipment warranty period is 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of shipment departure which occurs earlier.
