Product Description

 

LM75A or B is a high-speed I2C interface temperature sensor, can be in - 55 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃ temperature range will be directly converted into digital signal, and can achieve the precision of 0.125 ℃.
MCU can directly read the data in its internal register through the I2C bus, and can operate on 4 data registers via I2C to set up different working modes.
LM75A has three optional logical address pins that enable the same bus to connect eight devices simultaneously without an address conflict.

I2C bus interface, device address 7 bits from machine address 1001xxx, the same bus can expand 8 devices;
Scope of supply: 2.8 V to 2.8 V, temperature range: 55 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃;
11 the ADC resolution temperature of 0.125 ℃;
Temperature accuracy:
(plus or minus 2 ℃ to 25 ℃ ~ 100 ℃)
(+ / - 3 ℃ to 55 ℃ ~ 125 ℃)
Programmable temperature threshold and lag set point;
In order to reduce the power consumption, the current consumed in the cut-off mode is only 1.0.
The device can be used as an independent temperature controller.


ESD protection:
Under the JESD22A114 standard, the model can be adopted by 2000V HBM.
Under the standards of JESD22A115, the model can be adopted in 200V MM.
Under the jesd22-c101 standard, we can adopt 1000V CDM model;
In the JEDEC standard (JESD78), the latch test can reach 100mA;
Small 8-foot encapsulation: SO8, TSSOP8 and ultra small package XSON8U.
