Vertical and horizontal automatic coal fired thermal oil boiler

YLL series thermal oil boiler is vertical assemble type liquid forced circulation boiler. It takes coal or wood pellets as the fuel. With the compact heating surface (radiant heating surface and convection heating surface), the boilers adopt multilayer closely-arranged coils and ceiling coils so as to lay out enough heating area. The flue gas experiences many rounds of heat transfer in the “S-Form”, the heat efficiency is high.

YLW coal and pellets fired therml oil boiler is horizontal, industrial use, automatic chain grate ( travelling grate ) stoker,water tube compositional and forced circulation boiler. It takes coal, biomass pellet, wood pellet, sawdust, wood chips as fuel. 

The front radiant heating area consists of monolayer closely-arranged round coil. And the back convection heating area consists of snakelike coils.The boiler comprises the upper body and the below combustor. The fuel burns in the below combustor and the coils in the upper body absorb the energy and then transfer the heat to the medium.

Q2: How many years is the boiler’s life span

A2: The boiler is designed for at least 10 years life span, but under good maintenance, usually the boiler can use at least 15 years, Yineng Boiler provide full life after-sales service to each sold boiler.

Q3: How to choose a boiler model?

A3: Confirm the type (steam or hot water), capacity, working pressure (or output temperature) and fuel(coal, biomass, gas or oil or other fuel) of the boiler, Yineng Boiler will suggest a suitable model based on your usage.
