Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a factory with four workshops.

Q2. How can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from your formal order.

Q3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: All the raw materials from international famous brand are detected by 4-6 tests before entering factory, and there is a special team who designs the product according to clients' requirement in our company, the QC department is responsible for detecting dozens of indexes during the processing, so our products will be tested many times before leaving factory.

Q4. What is your payment?

A: T/T, L/C D/A,D/P, West Union, MoneyGram, Trade assurance. 

Q5. Can your factory print my LOGO on the goods?

A: Yes, but printing logo will increase the cost, you need to pay in advance, and when the order quantity reaches a certain level, we will return the cost. If it is low, we can afford it.

Q6. How long is the warranty period ?

A: 1 year under normal conditions.
