About Motor

Ø When the range is guaranteed, the more motor power a scooter has, the better it is.

Ø A good motor requires for good quality magnet, cables and excellent assemble work.

Ø There are many grades of magnet that comes with different prices.

Ø Good quality motor is 30% higher than the low quality ones.

 About Freego Battery

Ø Battery determines maximum range, charging time, scooter weight.

Ø Generally, lithium-ion batteries always outperform lead-acid batteries.

Ø low quality cells and poor assembly are main reasons of battery explosion or burning.

Ø Battery pack normally includes 20 or more cells, Protection PCB, cables, soldering.

Ø One must choose quality cells and good assembly workshop to achieve good quality.

Ø Good quality battery is 30%-50% higher than the low quality ones. Freego choose good quality batteries according to Freego standard. We have excellent suppliers to customize for us, so we call it FREEGO BATTERY.

Warranty details         

1. We supply 6 month free repair for motor, 12 month for motherboard. 
2. Return policy: Buyer can send the defective motherboard or motor back to our factory for free repair but it must meet following condition:
a. In the first 2 months (1—2 month from received product), buyer pays shipping to China and we pay return by China Post,if buyer want DHL,need pay the difference. 

b. In the 3rd month—12th month, buyer pays for round shipping cost. 

c. If it is not the product's problem, our engineers will check carefully and give the result and then we will pack and resend to buyer but buyer must pay burden of all expense.
