Direction for use:

Step 1: Hold the trainer with Tongue Tag up.

Step 2: Place the trainer into the mouth.

Step 3: Keep tongue positioned on the tongue tag.

Step 4: Gently Bite down on the trainer.

Step 5: Keep lips together and breathe through nose.

 

There are 3 stages 1+ 2 + 3: 

Stage 1 is the softest, has color blue, white, purple; this phase gives the mouth a time to accomodate.

Stage 2 is bit harder, has color color blue, white, purple; the accommodation with phase 1.

Stage 3 is the hardest, has color white; time to align your teeth.

 

 Straighten the teeth not a short time thing, you need keep on using them.

 Please do not suspect their effect, they need time to proof themself!

 Use them everyday. Effect will show after a few month.
