This product is applicable to black deactivation on the surface of magnesium alloy so that the surface form a layer of black corrosion resistance deactivation film. Film layer is uniform, and adhesion is good, it can be used for magnesium alloy anti-corrosion treatment and decorative treatment.

4. Usage method:
This product is mixed with water two times, blackening time is 3-5 minutes, blackening temperature is 80℃±5℃.
Operation flow:
1)Magnesium alloy is removed oil, grinded, polished, you can clean and bright magnesium alloy surface.
2) Black deactivation of magnesium alloy agent is added 2 times of the water, and is heated to 80℃±5℃. Mg alloy is immersed in blackening agent for 3-5 minutes.
3) washing and drying at 80℃.
5. Matters needing attention:
1)This product is corrosive, do not contact with the skin.
2)You should replenish the blackening agent solution to restore the effect, due to the consumption of ingredient during operation.The amount of supplement is 2% - 3%.
3)Wastewater before discharging go through the biological degradation in sewage tank and filtration treatment.
