The PPGI / PPGL is produced by the galvanized steel as the base material.In addition to the protection of zinc, the organic coating layer on the zinc coil plays the role of covering and isolating, which can provent the steel from rusting and has longer durability and lifespan.
However, the durabilty and lifespan of PPGI with the same zinc coating thickness, the same paint thickness and the same paint material, will vary greatly in different areas and different parts. Eg. in industrial areas or coastal areas, due to the effect of sulfur dioxide gas or salt in the air, the corrosion rate is accelerated and the durability is affected.

How long will the order to be shipped?
The mass order, which quantity is over 100tons will cost about 15 working days to be ready for shipping, once the deposit or L/C at sight is arrived at our bank account.

Can I have my coils be slited into my size?
Exactly, yes. we do this job and pack the small coils one by one and strap them together into one big coil. We also help cut plates by customer's size.
How about the HRC CRC ordering leadtime?
The present goods will cost 10 working days.
