Product description:

     The emulsion reaped from the immature papaya fruit, after deal with the biological technology of extraction, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, freeze-drying and refining, then get the papain, it is a biological enzyme preparation, 100% natural, health, security, and highly effective.

Enzymolysis principle:

     Under certain temperature, PH value and substrate concentration, papain can decompose the protein and produce peptone, polypeptide and amino acid etc.

Suitable condition:

The reaction temperature is 40-60℃, and PH value is 6-7; generally the application amount is 0.1-0.3%, according to the amount of raw material.

Application range:

1. For food industry

     Using enzymatic reaction, papain make macromolecules protein in food into small peptides or amino acids which can be easily absorbed through hydrolysis. As food ingrenditent, it is widely used in the products of chicken, pig, ox, seafood, the products of blood, enzymolysis of soybean, peanut and other animal and plant protein, meat tenderizer, beer and wine clarifier, biscuits leaven agent(enzyme for biscuits baking), noodles stabilizer, health food, yeast extract emzyme, soy sauce and wine fermentation agent. Not only improve the nutritional value of food, but also reduce the cost.

2. For pharmaceutical industry

     Drugs which contain papain, such as papaya throat lozenge, papaya enteric coated tablets (capsules), papaya tablet. It has the efficacy of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, cholagogic, digestion aid and improving immunity. For skin care, it has the efficacy of face cuticle removing and withening.

3. For feed industry

     It takes the effect of decomposition to make protein into amino acids in feed and increases the exudation amount of nutrients. It is good for the absorption and utilization of poultry. supplementing animal endogenous enzyme deficiencies, improving the utilization rate of feed, reducing costs and increasing appetite. So, it promotes animal growth and improves the daily gain and vitality. It also can be used as additives for high fruit and vegetables composite fertilizer and pet-feed.
