1.Feeding material: 

The warp wire and weft wire are straightened and cutted from coil wire material ,realized by auto straightening and cutting machine.

The warp wire are placed on a corresponding wire penetrating mold by worker, and the weft wire will be automatic falling down one by one ,from the weft wire system

2.Welding mesh panel system: 

The main machine starts welding and adopts a synchronous control technology, both branch control welding time and welding time are controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC digital programming system, and the mesh opening size can be adjusted only by direct input on a touch screen; and it could be exist different weft distance on one piece of one mesh sheet

3.Drawing mesh panel system: 

Panasonic ( Japan ) step motor controls the whole automatic mesh panel drawing process until one mesh panel finished, and the automatic mesh connecting and discharging system is started; the welding of the next mesh is started.
