Main features

Single girder Gantry crane is widely used at open ground for loading unloading and lifting.

It has two controlling methods, namely ground and cabin control. The utility model has the advantages of less investment, compact structure, easy installation, convenient maintenance, strong ability of lateral load proof, etc.

It is used together with CD, MD model electric hoists, a kind of track travelling small and mid-light type crane. Its proper lifting weight is1t to32t capacities, span is 5m to 30m, and working temperature is -20 to 40°C centigrade.

It has box type and trussed type, box type has characteristic of slim body and strong lifting capacity; trussed type has characteristic of small windward surface, small deadweight and strong lifting capacity.

This product consists of main parts, namely, the bridge structure, the traveling mechanism, the cart and the electric equipment. The bridge is welded structure of box-type; individual drives are adopted for traveling mechanism on each end of the crane. Either rigid shapes of steel (angles or tees) or flexible insulated cable shall be selected to be utilized as runway conductors and proposed in the order by the purchaser. It has two controlling methods, namely ground and cabin control.
