1, Structure:
KL6Ex led cap lamp (miner’s cap lamp) consists of Li-ion batteries, protection circuit, charging circuit, LED light source, cable, headpiece shell and battery pack (made of flame-retardant, anti-static ABS) etc.
2, features:
(a) Short Circuit Protection - In the event of a short circuit in the headpiece or cable, the battery protective plate will cut off the power supply in 15ms. If, for any reason, this protection fails to operate, the current limiting resistance and quick-acting fuse will restrict the current to meet the requirements of the intrinsic safety standard.
(b) Over-Current Protection- In the case of an abnormal current increase, the battery protective plate will cut off the power supply in 15ms. If, for any reason, this protection fails to operate, the current limiting resistance and quick acting fuse will restrict the short circuit to meet the requirements of the intrinsic safety standard.
(c) In addition to the above battery protection, the battery cells have in-built PTC protection devices for over-current and over-heating.
