1. When can I get response?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us or send email to us.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. We charge for the sample cost. They will be refund in the bulk order.
3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?
Better with AI file.
4.Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have our own factory in Hangzhou, China and we accept custom design. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them.
5.How long can I expect to get more samples?
After you pay the sample charge, the samples will be sent in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you by express.
6.What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally about 2 weeks after payment. We suggest you start inquiry at least one month before the date you would like to get the products.
7.What is your terms of payment and delivery?
Normally T/T, 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipping. Paypal is available but you have to bare the bank charge.
The goods will delivered by express/sea/air, tell us your address or nearest port, we will assist to check the cheapest way for you! Thanks and regards.
