Production process:

sublimation process:

First Items you will need:
• White or light color polyester fabric garment or sublimation blanks;
• Heat Press;
• High temperature oil paper or tape;
• Sublimation Transfer Paper*.

Step 1 - Printing your image
1) Be sure to mirror printing;
2) Be sure to print on the smooth side of the paper;

Step 2 - Transferring your image
1) Preheat press to 375ºF - 400ºF;
2) Press garment for 3-5 seconds to release moisture and remove wrinkles;
3) Place your printed image face down;
4) Use heat transfer tape to secure the paper on to the blank;
5) Place Teflon or Parchment paper sheet on top of the sublimation paper;
6) For fabric sublimations press at 400ºF for 40s at medium pressure. For the white mug Cover press at 350ºF for 45s with medium pressure;
7) When the time is finished open the press and quickly remove the transfer.

FAQ

1.Low drying speed, what can we do to make it dry fast? What factors can influence the drying speed?
(1)The material of the paper
(2)The humidity of the printing environment
(3) How much ink the piezo head spray out
We can use the warmers and drying lights to quicken the process of drying
2.Which printer can be use ?
Our sublimation transfer paper can be used in any types of inkjet printer(Epson,Canon),as well as the large-format printer Like Roland, Mimaki,MS-JP
3.How to transfer low temperature Fabric?
The temperature of sublimation transfer if from 200℃ to 210℃. And for special fabric,the temperature of sublimation transfer should be under 200℃,you can adjust the temputure all by yourself according to the fabric.
4.storage conditions
Relative humidity of 45-70% RH, temperature 10-30 ℃, Sublimation transfer paper should be placed in direct sunlight to avoid the cool dry place, air conditioning and warm room is particularly recommended. To avoid moisture, stacked on the stack . Stacking, such as the shape of the pyramid, or separated according to the width of stacked size, stacking layer should not exceed the limit marked outside the carton,the horizontal stack on the 15-20 cm from the ground, the stacking layer should not exceed the 8 standard outside the carton.
5.. the humidity of the printing room
The best control of 45 ~ 70% RH, printing room, please install air conditioning, control the appropriate conditions to ensure print quality and stability. If there is no air conditioning, it is advisable to balance the moisture in the transfer paper before printing (1-2 days to open the paper outside the plastic bag) to avoid excessive absorption of ink when the ink is printed.
6 .printed paper storage conditions
Humidity ≤ 55% RH; temperature 15-30 ℃, low humidity environment is conducive to water evaporation.
7 .use attention
Printed paper should be stored for 5 hours before the transferring, if the urgent need ,you have better to transfer in an hour, trying to wait the paper dry before they can be used for transfer; otherwise the high temperature will result in the sublimation paper evaporation of water, aerosol and color error will affect the transfer effect. So strictly control the drying degree of each batch pattern to ensure consistent color. (If the transfer immediately after printing will lead to a decline in transfer rate)
8.shelf life
Sublimation transfer paper shelf life of 10 months, customers should be used within the shelf life.
