1.Operating interface of WINDOWS XP which is easy to learn. 


2.Functions of drawing points, lines, surfaces, circle, consecutive complement of irregular curves and three axes linkage; 


3.Hard disk has super memory capacity, and software has functions of regional array, translation, rotation and computation, etc.


4.The size of glue, speed of glue spread, dispensing time, time of halting dispensing can be set by parameters. With this method, glue outflow is quite stable without leaking and dripping;


5.CCD assisted process programming and instructing function enables real time tracking and displaying coordinate position so as to shorten the programming time and improve programming efficiency.


6.Optional double worktable can be chosen to save time of placing and picking up workpieces,or using with device of automatic importing and exporting materials to promote efficiency and competitive advantages of enterprises


7.According to the production process, worktable can be installed for positioning PIN, glue guns, soleplate heating and temperature regulating device;


8.Simultaneous operation is possible by choosing the optional fine adjustment rubber package fixture to improve working efficiency;


9.Optional 300 CC cartridge or pressure barrel storing glue can be chosen for operation to reduce time of changing glue


10.Intelligently disrupting glue to prevent dragging glue, which saves much glue and reduces process of glue amendment;


11.Controlling the time resolution of glue outflow within 1ms;


12.Continuous operation with single-plate and multi-fixture can be conducted to improve efficiency;


13.Especial high-speed rotary valve of Second makes glue outflow at the beginning and the end more precise.


14.It is applied to fluid dispensing, such as, UV glue, AB glue, COB ( black glue ), white glue, EMI conductive glue, SILICON, epoxy resin, instant glue, silver glue, red glue, paste, thermal grease, welding control paste, transparent paint, screw fixative and so on;

2 How long is your machine warranty?


  12 months


3 What is your lead time?


   For standard specification machine, we have inventory and could prepare the machine within 7 working        days. For custom request, desktop machine 7-10 days, freestanding machine 12-20 days, RO roller                 machine 20-40 days.


4  Do you provide free training for using and installing the machine?


   Yes, our technical person can provide online training as request, customers could contact us at any time for any tech issues, our engineer team could support at any time if you need.
