This machine is made up by gantry cross member, transmission system, worktable parts, left and right rail head, hydraulic system, controller system and etc.

1) Gantry cross member

The gantry cross member adopts fully enclosed hot symmetrical structure, with high strength and accuracy, to meet the requirements of the strong cutting force.

The gantry cross member moves on the guide way of right and left column, drive by AC servo motor, cross left and right lifters to achieve the go up and down. There are vertical rail head on the gantry cross member, drive by AC asynchronous servo motor.

2) Transmission system

Transmission system is drive by AC main motor, the main motor and gear box connected by V-belt, through 2-step machinery speed change and main motor speed change; achieve kinds of speed to meet the requirement.

The gears in gear box are through quench treatment, with high transmission accuracy and transmission efficiency, and reduce the vibration and noise

3) Worktable parts

The worktable parts are made by worktable, worktable base, spindle parts and transmission parts, the worktable and worktable base are cast together.

The spindle adopts a set of high accuracy cylinder roller bearing; the taper of bore is 1:12, the worktable with high accuracy and longer life time by adjusting the radial clearance.

The guide way adopts flow hydro-static type and constant pressure and flow protection device. When the work table is running, formed an oil layer between the guide way to reduce the friction and keep the high accuracy.

The transmission gears adopt high accuracy gears, expect the gear ring with high accuracy machining, all the gears are through heat treatment, with high transmission accuracy, running steady, less noise.
