Construction:

The hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyester.The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn based on PVC-NBR material.

The “extrusion through-the-weave” production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester.

Feature:

UV resistance,lighter and less bulky than most rubber discharge hose.

Resist abrasion and weathering,Resi kinking and stretching while in service.

More economic solutions replace NBR layflat hose and TPU layflat hose in some cases.

Application:

Suitable for use and recommended for industrial and agriculture application in : Dewatering and operations, Frac water transfer,Distribution of slurry and manure as fertilizer.Fuel,oil and chemical transfer.
