1. Are you a factory or a trading company? We are both a trading company and a manufacturer with own factory, so we have more advantages in price and production process. We have own equipment, R&D departments and design team to create more products.
2. What shipping ways I can choose and how many days will it takes? We prepare two shipping ways for choice. One is express shipping, normally it takes about 3-8 days. The other one is standard shipping, normally it takes about 15-25 days.We are unable to control the delivery time because it is processed by Third-party service, but if your parcel doesn't arrive within expected time, pls contact us, we will hep you check.
3. How I can track the parcel? You can track your parcle on www.17track.net/en by using your tracking number.
4. what is your production time? Our production time will be 5-8 working days if your quantity is bellow 100 pairs, if above 100 pairs, please contact with us to check the production before place the orders.
5. Once I have placed an order can I make amendments to my order? Such as the color, size, delivery address? If you would like more pictures of a particular product in order to see more detail, or how it would look in a real life situation, please contact us and we will be happy to send you some natural and real pictures. If you would like to change color,size or delivery address, please contact us within the 2 hours after you placed the order.
6. How does your factory do quality control? Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end. Our factory has a professional QC team, every item will be checked by them before and after produced. Besides, our delivery department is equipped with big-screen high-definition display, staff will check all items before ship out.
7. What is your MOQ? If our custom shoes styles, the MOQ will be 1 pair . if your own products styles, please concact with us first to confirm the MOQ of your style.
