They are ready to use and can be easily modified with a heat gun or by dipping in hot water 65-70℃ for 1 minute. Splints include Velcro straps pre-attached, available solid and perforated.

Operation: Put into the hot water and it would be softened and turn to transparent at 65℃-70℃, and keep this status for 1-3 minutes(the tensile radio would be more than 200%). 

The thermoplastic could be molded for patients in 3-5 minutes at normal room temperature.
