In rigid PVC processing, PE wax,fischer-tropsch wax can reduce plasticizing torque of processing effectively, extend plastic and themal stability time, suitable for making PVC pipe and profiel, and composite stablizer. They enhance the productivity when used in the soft PVC product like cable. 

PE waxes have low viscosity and very high lubricant efficiency and have high viscosity and better lubricity in the later stage of processing.

Characteristics and Purposes

Ø         PEW-0387 with high hardness, white appearance, lower viscosity, concentrate molecular weight, good thermal stability, can have very good screw lubrication effect and coating surface hardness increasing effect.

Ø         Used in powder coating, PEW-0387 is very good lubricating agent and hardening agent, should be added in the process of internal squeezing, the add level is about 0.5%-3%.

Ø         In plastic production, PEW-0387 has excellent lubrication demoulding effect, increase production and yield,  the add level is about 0.5%-3%.

Ø         Be used in hot melt adhesives, the add level is about 0.5- 15%.

Ø         In other industries, the add level is about 1-10%.
