1.Size: φ1500×2350×2800 Sheet winding cylinder mould

2. Material:

(1)Main shaft: φ219×25 seamless steel tube,axle head φ150mm,45# carbon steel, thermal refining

(2) Spoke: Inside and outside is 13 pcs in all. The material is carbon iron. The inside spoke is inlayed δ=3×22mm stainless steel belt.

(3) Wire face: stainless steel sheet δ=1.5×12mm, space 10mm (material: 304), stainless steel bar φ10×70 pcs(material: 304)

There are Decay resistance glass steel spacer sleeve between the two spokes.

(4) With bearing box and bearing block. The bearing no is 3618.

3.Technical requirement:

 (1). The detailed size of the cylinder mould is according to the drawing.

 (2).The inside and the outside of the spoke is installed on the main shaft, which should be fastened by M16 bolt.

(3). The after assembled cylinder mould should be machined and reach the required data.

 (4). The external diameter of the cylinder mould work face is±2mm and wire face flatness degree is not more than 0.15mm. Wire face circular run-out is not more than 0.1mm and static balance equilibrium amount is not more than the 0.1% of the self weight.

  (5). Axiality of the two side bearing stand≤0.02mm
