Yes, Normal samples are free. But PPS will be charged which depends on the project. 

4.What's samples' leadtime?
 Samples leadtime is 7-15 days.

5.Which INCOTERM do you use mostly? 
EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF ,DDP are all acceptable.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6. What kind of documents can you supply after shipment? 
Telex-released bill of lading, invoice, packing list, detail packing list, will be send by email or as per your requests.. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

7.I can not find the products which I need from your website, can you help me? 
Yes for sure. Our focus is cosmetics packaging and related accessories.  We probably won't be able to update new products in time. So please send us inquiry, we'll try our best to offer you a solution. 

8. How do you delivery the products to us? 
It depends on the weight and customers' requests to decide the most economic way. Airshiping, international express for small or urgent order. 

Seashipping is for most cases. 

9.How do you protect the glass products, is it easily to be damaged?
