15.Vapor phase drying (VPD) plant is used for heating and vacuum drying of transformer, windings or other active part in the autoclave by means of kerosene vapor. The process is carried out in the autoclave with the built-in cascade evaporator using advance vapor phase drying process sequence i.e. heating up phase, intermediate pressure reduction phases, pressure reduction phase, fine vacuum phase and aeration phase. The plant is offered with a cascade evaporator system.
Ⅱ.NECESSARY ENERGY (provided by CUSTOMER)
The following energy shall be provided by CUSTOMER at worksite:
| Power supply: Total power: 450KW; 3 phases, AC, 380-440V, 50Hz; CUSTOMER should connect power cable to our VPD plant. Electrical connection according to VDE 0 100 1 or 3-phase with neutral and grounding conductor. |
| Air source: A .0.6m3/min air compressor, pressure: 5~8 bar, equipped with compressor oil; provides dry compressed air for our plant. Cooling water: |
| Flow>28m3/h, pressure: 0.3~0.4Mpa, water temperature <28 ℃. Differential pressure approx. 3 bar Flow rate: approx. 40 m³/h ( closed cooling circuit)(CUSTOMER should provide cooling tower, and connect cooling water from cooling tower to our plant, necessary water pipe and water pump should be also provided by CUSTOMER). |
| 2.4.Working medium: Kerosene , thermal oil ,vacuum pump oil, hydraulic oil, air compressor oil, gear oil, etc. |
| 2.5.NECESSARY EQUIPMENT (provided by CUSTOMER) CUSTOMER should provide necessary working condition, such as enough working space for installation, necessary tools (e.g. welding machine, cutting torch, crane, grinder and power, and necessary oxygen and acetylene for welding machine and cutting torch, etc). |
