Used for removing oxidation films over the surface of base metal and brazing filler metal during brazing process,which can enchance the wettability , flowability and permeability of the filler metal.In the traditional brazing flux(Brazing paste or powder).Fluoroborates was contained and could decompose at high temperature to produce the generate toxic gas of boron trifluoride,which endangered the health of operating personnel.In addition,the traditional flux residue left over the brazing work were easy to make the brazing work or seam corrosion,if it was not promptly removed,which would lead to leakage of the seam and affected the quality of the product.In the environmental non Pickling flux , compounds consisted of rare elements were contained , which could have actively diffused and interacted effect on the base metal and filler metal at high temperatures,improved the wettability and permeability of the filler metal in the brazing process and enhanced the mechanical properties of the joints.At the same time, for using this new energy saved and environment protected flux,there is no brazing residue,no pickling and less pollution.
