Water transfer printing USES water pressure and activator to dissolve and transfer the peel layer on the film of water transfer printing carrier. The basic process is: 1) film printing: printing various patterns on the polymer film;2) spray primer: many materials must be coated with a layer of adhesion agent, such as metal, ceramic and so on, if you want to transfer different patterns, you must use different backgrounds, such as wood grain basically uses brown, brown, khaki, stone basically uses white, etc.;3) film extension: let the film lay flat on the surface of the water and wait for the film to stretch and level off;4) activation: special solvents (activators) are used to activate the patterns of the transfer film into ink state;5) transfer: use water pressure to print the activated pattern on the printed matter;6) washing: wash the impurities remaining in the printed workpiece with water;7) drying: the printed workpiece shall be dried, and the temperature shall be determined according to the element property and melting point of the material;8) spray paint: apply transparent protective paint to protect the surface of the printed object;9) drying: dry the surface of the painted surface.
