Principle:

According to ASTM B311, B328; MPIF 42, 57; JISZ2505, Z2506; GB/T 5163, by adopting the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, and by applying boiling water method, vacuum saturation method, it can show the measuring result directly.

3. Digital display direct reading, without manual calculation, direct display: apparent density, volume, alloy mixture ratio %, density and volume change rate.

4.Fast direct reading, read data in 0.1 second , full automatic zero tracking, full weight.

5.Optional charging function in case of outages. Single endurance time is about 48 hours.

6. It has the function of Hi limit and Lo limit, can judge whether the density of the sample is appropriate or not, and it is equipped with buzzer.

7.Automatic offset function of actual water temperature, adapted the temperature difference between morning and evening and south area and north area.

8.Either water or liquid can be used as medium.The medium temperature can be set from 0℃ to 49℃ and the medium density can be set to 19.999.

9.Error range of repeat measurement ≤±0.002g/cm³.

10. it can decrease the inaccuracy caused by supporting wire’s buoyancy.

11. It can be connected to the PC and printer easily by RS-232. Optional mz-p1 printer to print the measurement data.

When you receive a product from Qun Long, it must be debuged by our production staffs,technical staff and warehouse management. And our technical staffs have more than 10 years experience.
