How to Join PPR pipe:
1.Heating the Fusion Tool and Preparing the Pipe
1)Place the right-sized sockets onto the fusion tool.
2)Plug in the fusion tool to begin heating the sockets.
3)Trim your pipe to length with a smooth, clean cut.
4)Clean the PPR pieces with a cloth and the recommended cleaner.
5)Mark the welding depth on the joining end of the pipe.
6)Confirm that the fusion tool is fully heated.
2.Heating the Pipe and Fitting on the Fusion Tool
1)Protect your skin from the very hot fusion tool.
2)Press the PPR pieces straight into/onto their respective sockets.
3)Start the heating timer, if your model has one.
4)Pull the PPR pieces straight off/out of the sockets.
3.Fusing the Pipe and Fitting into One Piece
1)Push the pipe and fitting straight together immediately.
2)Hold the fused pipe pieces in place for 30 seconds.
3)Put the pipe into service after it cools completely.
