2.How About The Sample Cost?
Sure.We usually provide existing sample for checking quality.But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via counier, such as DHL, with good price for long cooperation. If your goods is large, we will send it to you by sea, then we can quote the price to you, and you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
4.Can The Price Be Cheaper?
The price depends on your demand (shape, size, quantity). Usually, you can get better price provided large orders.
5.Why do you charge sample fee?
We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.
6.How much is the sample fee?
The amount is up to your sample, usually it is 50-150 USD, the sample fee is almost for express shipping cost and product cost.
7.How About The Payment?
T/T,30% deposit, with balance clear after the order is finished. We can also accept PayPal, West Union or assurance payment via Alibaba .
