Q2:Are you a factory or company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer in hair care product. In particular, we have focusing on making hair beauty products for more than 10 years so far. We have complete certification.

Q3. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City which is about 30 minutes by car from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. We are glad to pick you up from your residence to visit our factory any time.

Q4. How can I get samples?
A: If you are interested in our products, we would like to offer you some free samples for your careful inspection. You just need to pay the freight.

Q5:How much the freight of the samples?

It will depends on the G.W.T weight and size of the carton. Generally speaking,  It should be no less than $ 60.

Q6:How soon can I expect to get the samples?

The samples will be ready for delivery in 3 to 5 days and will be sent via express (by air) and arrive in another 3-5 days.

Q7. How is your production capacity?
A:  We have six production lines.

Q8. Can you do the OEM?
A: Yes, we can, OEM and ODM are both welcomed, as we have many years of OEM/ODM experience. According to your customized demand and private labels, we will try our best to meet your standards.

A: Within 20 working days commonly, detail delivery date should be affirmed on the basis of production season and order quantity.
