 1)    Q: How to place an order with us?
        A: Just tell us the Item NO. or send us the photos of the items you are interested. We will send you the quotation together with the stock availability and the shipping cost. If everything is okay, you can make the payment via PayPal, Western union for small orders and T/T for large orders. It is very simple and easy.


2)    Q: Can I get discount?
        A: Yes, for big orders or orders from old and/or frequent customers, reasonable discount will be given even if not requested.


3)    Q: How could I pay them?
        A: PayPal, Western union and T/T are preferred.


4)    Q: How long can I get my order?
        A: For in-stock items, we can ship within 24 working hours. For customized orders, it will usually take 7-21 days, which depends on the order quantity.


5)    Q: How to ship?
        A: Usually the orders will be shipped via courier companies, for example, DHL, FedEx, EMS, China Post, etc. If you prefer other shipping methods, please let us know. We’ll try to meet your requirements.


6)    Q: Can you customize the sizes if we need larger ones?
