1.Q: Is MEGA a manufacturer or a trading company?

   A:We are a 15 years' manufacturer and 5 years' golden supplier on Alibaba, Global sources. we mainly sale to native market ,

especially trading company. And also arround the world, for example,  Venezuela, Brazil , Bolivia, Chile, USA, Germany, Russia, Iran,

Iraq etc.

2.Q: Can you send us samples to test (2 units)? let me know the charge. 

  A: Sample order is welcomed for testing first. but need charge sample cost. price will be $2 higer per pc.

3.Q:Can you quote us your FOB price?

   A:Our price is EX-Work price. which donot include shipping cost.

4.Q:How about the retail packing and bulk packing?

   A:For retail packing, one ram in one box, with sticker and label; bulk packing is ram with/Without sticker, can be 50pcs or 100pcs 

in one box. 

5.Q:Can you inform us your guarantee terms and RMA deal procedure?

   A: Our ram enjoy lifetime warranty, which will be clearly marked on PI. The RMA/ defective rate is less than 1%, if it has problem, 

you can 

send back to us, we will repair or replace for you.

6.Q:Why your price is higher than other supplier?

7.Q:How long can I get my ram?

   A:The goods will be sent out in 1-3 working days after payment confirmed normally. 

   Sometimes the delivery will be delayed due to the stock shortage. we will keep you informed in time by email.

8:Q:Who will pay for the RMA return shipping cost? 

   A:when you send the goods back to us, the cost is at your side, and we will send them back to you with your next order. this part

9.Q: I need memory chips and labels of the same brand, what do you have?

   A: We have all well known brands available. including OEM brand.

10.Q: Is your memory full compatible? 

     A:We have 8 bite [full compatible ]and 4 bite [AMD compatible only]
