1.What's the MOQ,do you accept ODM?

(1) For MOQ,Usually it is 3000 pcs per color.If the order quantity is lower than 3000pcs,just feel free to contact us.We will check if there is stock first,or we will support you for the first trial order with quantity unlimited.

(2) For ODM,We welcome your ODM projects,we have a strong ability in cooperation with our customer for long time.We adhering to the high quality concept in developing and production,you will find our prefessional and low development cost but working efficiently.

2.What is the factory QC Policy?

(1) When order confirmed, we make the pre-production sample for confirmation by Customer to make

 sure each detail meet customer's requirements.

(2) Our QA and QC will track the different status of production from the beginning to delivery.

(3) Each brush & bag quality checked by our QC before packing.

(4) We’ll be also your serious QC , if any problems occurred, we will solve it positive and properly.

3.How about sample policy? 

(1) If we have the sample in stock .we will provide free sample to you.

(2) If we don't have in stock . we will arrange machine and worker to make the samples by new,  you          should pay the sample fee if so. But the sample fee will pay back to your when confirmed the order.

4.Only serval kinds show online if have more for reference?

We promote our products online one by one, show that our production range, That's what we  manufactured. For your detailed production request, Please feel free to send email to us, or call us directly, we will reply you timely, and it should be a great chance for our cooperation.

5.How about Delivery against the Payment term? 

(1)For spot cargo, can be delivered within one week by air, Full payment before shipment.

(2)For OEM orders, T/T 30% in advance to confirme the orders, T/T Balance against the B/L copy.
