   Sander introduction

 

      Standard sanding machine, applicable for thickness calibrating various solid wood panels, wood plate furniture. Maximum sanding width is 630mm, and thickness is standard 100mm. After sanding, surface is even and smooth.

      Workpiece goes through press roller, iron roller, rubber roller and finish sanding. Iron roller is the 1^st heavy sanding, rubber roller is 2^nd sanding for fine grinding. All rollers have gone through dynamic balance test. Calibration precision is 1g-3g, 20% higher than national standard.
