Q1. Can you provide free sample?
A1. We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side. For customized sample, we will charge sample fee, after place order, we will refund the sample fee.
Q2. What's your MOQ?
A2. 500pcs as usual, we can discuss about it.
Q3. What is your delivery time?
A3. Generally 3-4 days after payment for stock 30-40 days after payment for customized order, it depends on the products & quantity.
Q4. What's the payment term?
A4. Payment by western union or Alibaba escrow, T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment. We also accept B/L or Trade Assurance through Alibaba.
Q5. How to start order with you?
A5. First of all, let us know your requirements or application. And we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Then you confirms the samples and places deposit for order. Afterall, we arrange the production of the agreed product.
Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
A6. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, BY AIR or BY SEA.
Q7. Which port will you ship the goods ?
A7. We offer price of EXW, you can choose delivery by air, vessel, or international express. Shipping port can be Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen.
