1. For some vehicles such as European vehicles, you may need to install the load resistor/ LED decoders to avoid below issues. It is not the quality problem of LED bulbs.

Q. What’s the failure rate of your the lights?
A. We control our led bulb defective rate less than 0.01%.
Q. How often does your company update the product ?
A. We never ever stop developing new products. We will design a new product every 2 months according to the market demand. 
Q. Can I place sample order for testing before placing regular order?
A. Yes, trial order is acceptable..

1.) For led headlight, please cut the wires of lamps and show us photos of clear QC bar code.
2. )For led small bulb,
Step 1: Connect the power and test one normal bulb, show us;
Step 2: Test the defective bulbs and show us the problem;
Step 3: Send us the video(or send upload it to the Youtube, send us the link)
We will replace new led to you in next order

About Packing

Q. What is your terms of packing?
A:
For the headlight,
Generally, we pack our goods in our neutral boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
For Led small bulb,
Usually, we pack our led small bulb in anti-static bag for free. Neutral box or OEM box is also available. Welcome to contact us if you like to make your OEM box.

A: 3 working days after accepting the full payment when the goods in stock.
