There is no foam better than EPO as kits for model planes. EPO is lighter than EPP and Stronger than EPS, and the smooth surface of EPO which makes the model plane perform aerodynamically well that neither EPP nor EPS can possibly compare. EPO is easy, cheap and reliable to manufacture, and it has very very low shrinkage rate. The extreme lightweight reduces the overall weight of a complete RTF model, hence the battery consumption is reduced and the flying performance and effectiveness are increased.

A hybrid moldable resin material EPO, consisting of polystyrene and polyolefin, achieves performance exceeding that of the individual components by effectively combining materials with drastically different characteristics. EPO exhibits the best characteristics of both polystyrene and polyolefin.
