Q1: Are you factory or trading company?

A: We are professional manufacture for over 30 years experience in hotel supply.

Q2: Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM products according to your designs. We also have excellent design team to help with your request.

Q3: How can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to offer you samples, and appreciated for new clients to pay for the courier cost. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected., or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to you local carrier company.

Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: We have very strict quality control system. We do inspection for all raw materials before they sending to our warehouse. Random checking will be done during the production process. Final checking will be done before products shipping out. 

Q5: How long is your delivery time?

A: Our lead time is around 20-35 days. It may various based on different products and quantities.
