Feature of colloid mill

Colloid mill works with shearing, grinding high-speed stirring .Grinding process occurs in relative movement between the two teeth with one revolving in high speed and another still, which makes the material between the teeth receive strong shearing and abrasion in addition to high frequency vibration and high speed swirl. The above forces effectively evenly disperse,emulsify, smash material.

Working principle of colloid mill

It is a different geometry of the rotor in high-speed rotation of the relativemotion,breaking through the shearing, grinding, high-frequency vibration .

It inculde three areas, one area for coarse grinding, the other areaforfine grinding ,and another one for the ultrafine grinding .Through adjusting the gap between the rotors, it can effectively achieve the required standard (the gap also can be re-processed).
