MY ADVISE :

 Disinfection for pig house

The pig farm in the sewage, feces, feed, bedding, garbage and other preliminary cleaning, centralized collection.

(1) First: *Use a high pressure cleaner to spray 1%-2% caustic soda solution or other disinfectant into the environment inside and outside the pigsty

* When spraying disinfectant, you should according to the principle from top to bottom, from inside to outside, namely first roof, roof beam steel frame, then wall, finally ground.(1) Second:*Spray disinfectant after at least 1 hour,shoud use the tool such as broom, fork, spade to remain inside pigsty excrement, mat material, dirt undertakes sweeping thoroughly again.

*collect the cleaned feces, garbage and other pollutans in the package bag and carry out deep burying and other harmless treatment, which can also   be piled up for fermentation.

 

(3) Third: Secondary disinfection, the same as the above method

(4)Forth: Thorough disinfection

*After spraying disinfectant for at least 1 hour, use a high-pressure washing machine to thoroughly clean the residual feces, bedding materials and dust in the pigsty.

*Wash the roof and other high places to step on the shelf, each Angle iron, each wire rope, each rope to carefully wash both sides, to directly from one direction to another direction; 

The fan shall be flushed from the inside to the outside, together with the air duct, protective net, the outer wall of the head end and the door. When washing the inside of the tarpaulin, let go of the rope to spread the tarpaulin. Start from the roof and wash it from top to bottom. 

Finally, lift the tarpaulin to wash the outside of the tarpaulin and loose water. Do not flush the air inlet inwards. Flush the interior of each waterline from one side and then from the other side, that is, both sides should be washed under high pressure. Both sides of water line and material line shall be washed when the outer side is washed.
