High efficiency filter press expended the length of cylinder and can discharge several cakes every time . the advantages : stable performance , high efficiency and lower running cost .
The fast open system can increase the cake discharging efficiency 3-6 times , especially for the filter press that have a large quantity of plates and need frequent operations .

Automatic plate shifting part
The automatic plate shifting mechanism consists of hydraulic motor, manipulator, transmission mechanism, pause device etc..The hydraulic motor drives the driving chain in order to drive the manipulator to move. Filter plate will be shifted one by one by the plate shifting manipulator.
Hydraulic system
Function: to provide pressing power and ensure oil cylinder open/close and manipulator normally work Makeup: oil tank, oil pump system, manifold block, hydraulic valves, oil pipes, pressure displayer and driving system.
Cloth washing system
Filter cloth washing part composite by the cleaning car, cleaning pipe rack and other components. Pull plate cake unloading cake residue on the filter cloth is difficult to fall off, affecting the filter effect, the user should be wash the filter cloth based on the use of the scene.
Filter plate
