1. Can I get free samples?

  YES. We would like to send samples for your reference if you could afford freight. 

2. What surface handing could you support?

  We can provide screen printing,hot stamping,frost,label printing etc.As to printing color : Color can be made according to PANTONE color number.

3. Do you accept customized order?

  YES. We can arrange opening the mould according to customers’ requirement.

4. What is the normal lead time?

 (1). for stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-24hours after we receive your payment. 

 (2). for surface handing products, the delivery time is within 25-35 work days after we receive your payment.

 (3). for products we never manufactured, we could open the mould if needed.

5. What is your selection of shipping method?

 (1). for small trial order, international express, just as UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, DHL is suitable. 

 (2). for large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.

6. How do you control the quality?

  We are manufacturer and for each step of production we have inspector to check and control the quality.

7. If any defective bottle, how do you deal with?

  We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle; also we offer some free bottle in each container as free spare parts.

8. Which trade terms do you prefer?

  We can accept EXW,  FOB, C&F, CIF, etc.

9. What’s your Payment term?

  T /T, L/C, Western Union, etc.
