1) Do we provide OEM program?
Yes, we accept OEM program.
2) Can we offer samples?
Yes, sample is FREE, but the courier cost is to collect.
3) Can we make new product according to samples of customer?
Yes, we can do the modeling by the samples you send us, and send you the technical drawing to confirm.
4) When can the sample be delivered?
1-2days prepare samples, 3-4days for Air express door to door delivery.
5) Do we test all our product before delivery?
Yes, we will test the product before we send out.
6) What about the order payment?
Small order 100% T/T payment in advance. Larger order 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance paid against shipping doc.
7) What about the order time schedule?
Around 20-25 days after we receive deposit payment and final design files and confirmation.
