Acappella Rubber Industries has been manufacturing EPDM flooring rubber granules for use in running tracks, playground flooring and a myriad of other applications since 2008. Our process begins with formulation development and the procurement of quality raw materials. Then we proceed with mixing, curing and granulating. This is a highly demanding and technical process that requires strict adherence to quality control standards at each step.

In addition to quality assurance. Acappella Rubber Industries provides value in several other ways. From a technical standpoint we can modify our formulations to meet the varying physical properties that our customers require. From an aesthetic standpoint we offer 18 different colors. We can also develop custom colors to meet any need, and we can provide a wide range of granule sizes from small to large.

EPDM flooring rubber crumbs can be widely applied for the rubber flooring of playground, running tracks, artificial grass infilling, jogging tracks, walking trails, driveways, pooldecks etc.

1) Playground / Wet Pour Rubber Flooring Surface

We believe play and recreation are essential for a healthier, happier society and critical for improving the quality of life for its diverse individuals, families and communities. At Acappella Rubber Industries, our mission and purpose is building communities through play and recreation. 

 We designed and installed the whole rubber EPDM flooring of Samui Warter Park (Thiland). Four years passed, no color fading.

 Acappella Rubber Industries is an IAAF-certified running track materials manufacturer and installer. Acappella Track systems provide intelligent design and consistently outstanding performance. High-grade recyclable materials, zero heavy metals and toxins.

Packing:  25kg per valve pocket bag, 40 bags or 1 ton per wooden pallet. 

Loading: One 20GP container can load 20n tons of EPDM rubber crumbs.

Delivery Time: within 7 days after receiving the downpayment.
