Wet RDF industrial shredder shredding and dewatering squeezer drying is the machine that integrate industrial shredders with dewatering squeezer. The all-in-one design for combining size reduction and solid-liquid separation in one step. The RDF industrial shredder and dewatering squeezer can be used in the waste-to-energy application such as refuse-derived fuel (RDF) processing, the waste-to-green application such as biodegradable organic waste composting, etc.
For the case of processing large capacity, we use several dewatering squeezer in parallel arrangement , each dewatering squeezer can be individually controlled without mutually interfere, they can wrok at the same time to increase the capacity,to reduce the power cosumption, they can wrok only one or two when small capacity you required.

The working principle is as follow: The industrial shredder on the top of the combo machine will cut the RDF wet waste down to size first, about 43*12mm, then the shaft of dewatering squeezer push the shredded RDF waste against the SUS304 screen and the backpressure cone, the water will pass throught the screen but the RDF cannot, then the RDF will go along with the shaft and discharge from the end port, finally, the water and RDF be separate. after processing, the size of shredded and dewatered RDF waste is about 10-40 mm. The dewatering squeezer can remove 80-98% water out from the RDF waste
