Q2. Besides ISO, what else certificates and test report you have ? A : Besides ISO,most of our lights are certificated with CE,RoHS,IP67,IP68,CCC, and E-mark (R10,R23,R112 etc).
Q3. What is your terms of packing? A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes or brown cartons with EPE. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q4. Which Payments SAN YOUNG accepts? A: San young Lights accepts Paypal (For sample orders only ), T/T , Money Gram, Western union etc payments.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery? A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU,DDP etc.

A : We offer 3 years warranty with our SAN YOUNG quality lights. Within warranty period you don't need to ship the defect lights back, just break the light and take a photo of PCB inside and warranty label. Then we will send replacement FREE OF CHARGE with next shipment.
