1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory established for over 15 years.
2. Q: Where is your factory?
A: We are located in Shantou, to the east of Shenzhen. You can take the filght to Jieyang or High Speed Realway to Chaozhou. Then we will arrange the pick-up and the hotel if possible.
3. Q: What's your major market?
A: Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa.
4. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: It depends on the item you want. Normally the MOQ is 500.
5. Q: Can you provide customized package?
A: Yes, we offer OEM service. But buyer is responsible for the tooling cost. If buyer would customize the flavor or shape, the buyer should provide the sample to us.
6. Q: Do you offer free sample?
A: Yes, the sample is free. But the delivery cost is covered by buyer.
